Small habits in the morning can change the mood of the whole day.

To be honest, morning time has always been special for me. I have realized that if my morning goes well, then the whole day remains positive and energetic. Earlier I was also not an early riser, but gradually small morning habits changed my life.
1. Waking up early – giving yourself time

Waking up early in the morning is not easy, but when I started waking myself up before 6 am, I felt that the day has become longer. Now instead of working in a rush, I get time for myself.

The first thing I do after waking up in the morning is to drink a glass of lukewarm water. This small habit refreshes my body and to be honest, sleepiness also vanishes immediately.

3. Light exercise or yoga


Earlier I thought exercise was only for weight loss, but now I understand that it also balances the mind and mood. 10 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of deep breathing is the best part of my day.

In the morning itself I write down in a diary what I have to do today. This keeps my mind clear and the whole day feels like a roadmap.

I close my eyes for a minute and just think about how many blessings I have in my life – family, health, work… This habit makes me calm and positive.
6. Healthy breakfast
Earlier I used to just drink tea and leave in a hurry, but now I definitely eat a light and healthy breakfast. To tell you the truth, this keeps my energy level intact throughout the day
When I adopted these small habits, my productivity gradually started increasing. Now I have more focus in work, less stress and more satisfaction at the end of the day. I feel that a perfect morning is nothing less than magic.
